Player Terms & Conditions
Zero Cost for Placement
ALL placement fees are paid to Clearing+ directly by the recruiting club. There is absolutely NO cost to the player for being placed.
Player Confidentiality
Your contact details are hidden from all clubs. You remain anonymous until a Claim™ is approved by admin and you choose to accept it.
Your Control
You have the absolute right to Accept, Hold or Decline any Claim™. No obligation. You may withdraw from the platform at any time.
No Direct Club Contact
Clubs cannot contact you directly under any circumstances. All contact managed exclusively by Clearing+ Placement Managers.
Guardian Consent
All under-18s require a parent or legal guardian to countersign within 48 hours. Registration is provisional until countersigned.
Grassroots Give-Back
Players who nominate a grassroots club receive 5% of the Clearing+ placement fee donated to that club on each successful placement.
Data Protection
All data processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Data is never sold or shared outside the Clearing+ platform. You may request deletion at any time.
Understanding Your Claim™ — Club Tier Colour Index
When you receive a Claim™ notification, you will see a colour tier that indicates the level of the club making the Claim™. This helps you understand the calibre and origin of interest immediately.
Premier League & Championship clubs
The highest tier of UK professional football. Premier League and Championship clubs — the elite level of the English football pyramid.
League One & League Two clubs
English Football League clubs at League One and League Two level — full-time professional football with pathways to the Championship.
National League & Step 2 clubs
National League and Step 2 semi-professional clubs — the gateway level where many professional careers begin.
International clubs — MLS, Europe & worldwide
Professional clubs from outside England including Major League Soccer (USA), European leagues and international football worldwide.
